In this episode, Wendy speaks with meditation teacher and co-founder of Inward Bound Mindfulness Education (iBme), Jessica Morey. Jessica has been working with the contemplative path through the lens of attachment theory, and shares how she blends these approaches for healing. This conversation covers many topics, including:

Jessica Morey leads secular and Buddhist meditation retreats across the US and offers one to one meditation coaching. She is a cofounder and lead teacher for Inward Bound Mindfulness Education (iBme), a nonprofit organization that offers in-depth mindfulness training for teens and youth professionals. She began practicing meditation at age 14 on teen retreats offered by Insight Meditation Society (IMS) and graduated from the IMS Teacher Training Program in 2021. She has also practiced and trained in Tibetan meditation traditions for the past 12 years. Before founding iBme, Jessica worked in clean energy and climate policy and finance. She holds a BA in Environmental Engineering and Masters degrees in Sustainable Development and International Affairs.
